  2. En una cacerola puse el aceite y la mantequilla. Le agregué la cebolla hasta que estuvo transparente. Le agregué la harina, bajé fuego y mezclé bien por 3 min.
  3. Todo lo puse en la licuadora con el ajo, las calabazas, la leche, parte de agua donde se cocieron las calabaza, el queso crema y la cebolla
  4. Molí muy bien y sazoné la crema con consomé de pollo y un poco de sal de grano. Revisé y le agregué un poco más de agua donde se cocieron las calabazas. Dejé hervir por 5 minutos y moví para que no se pegara.
  5. En cuanto estuvo, verifique el sazón y la consistencia de la crema. Aquí es de gusto, muy espesa o muy aguada. La disfrute con mi personita especial 😁
