- Ponemos a calentar aceite a flama baja y una vez listo pasamos a agregar las bolitas de masa.
Hacemos esto una por una.
Una vez terminado dejamos enfriar. - Ya que estén frías, pasamos a rellenar con la mermelada.
Podemos hacerlo con ayuda de un popote, una manga suya lisa o en mi caso una jeringa de cocina.
Se puede rellenar por el costado o por la parte de abajo - Espolvoreados azúcar y listo
