- En otro traste pondremos nuestros huevos y le pondremos azúcar hasta tenerlo en forma de listón. Ya que tenemos las dos mezclas, y lo de la mantequilla esté en punto de ebullición vamos a agregarlo al otro traste donde está el huevo para que tengan la misma temperatura.
- Lo dejamos enfriar y tenemos listo nuestro relleno.
- Sacamos nuestro pan y de inmediato lo pondremos en un trapo húmedo con azúcar glass. Lo enrollamos y lo llevamos al refrigerador para que tome forma.
- En mi caso paso una accidente, se rompió mi pan, pero traté de darle otra forma. Lo decoré y listo para disfrutar.
