    atemperar con la mezcla anterior una vez que esté hirviendo
    Regresar al fuego y cocinar hasta espesar, reservar y usar
  3. Para el bizcocho batir a punto de listón las yemas y el azúcar glass, agregamos la cucharita de vainilla
  4. Con las claras y la otra cantidad de azúcar blanco hacemos un merengue francés
  5. Agregar la mezcla de las yemas con el merengue francés, alternar con la harina integrando de manera envolvente
  6. Vaciar en una charola con papel estrella y extender la mezcla formando un rectángulo, hornear a 180° por 20 min
  7. Retiramos del horno, desmoldamos sobre un paño húmedo agregamos la crema de limón y enrollamos al final decoramos.
