  10. Mientras tenemos nuestro cheesecake en refrigeración, vamos a preparar la compota.
  11. En un sartén, a fuego medio vamos a poner los frutos rojos, fresas enteras o partidas en trozos grandes, junto con el azúcar.
    Cuando esté rompiendo hervor, agregamos la fécula de maíz previamente hidratada con el jugo de limón.
  12. Dejamos espesar y apagamos el fuego. Dejamos enfriar.
