  1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos (harina, sal, azúcar, levadura)
  2. Formar un volcán, e ir agregando en el centro el huevo poco a poco junto con la leche.
  3. Una vez que esté incorporado, agregamos el ron, y amasamos.
  4. Por último agregamos el aceite y terminamos de amasar hasta que está este ligera y suave.
  5. Antes de dejar fermentar la masa, engrasamos el bowl con aceite y también agregamos un poco sobre la masa para que esta no se reseque. Tapar con un trapo húmedo, y dejar que doble su tamaño.
  6. Ponchar y separar la masa en secciones de aproximadamente 60 gr. cada uno.
  7. Boleamos y dejamos que fermenten por segunda vez.
  8. En una olla agregamos el aceite para freír. Agregamos las berlinesas a la olla con cuidado, y esperamos hasta que tengan un color marrón para sacarlas, y quitar el excedente de aceite.
  9. Una vez que estén frías las rellenamos a nuestro gusto (chocolate, mermelada, crema pastelera), y agregamos un poco de azúcar glass encima o chocolate.
