  3. 250 ml agua
  4. 150 gr mantequilla
  5. 5 huevos
  6. Para el relleno
  7. 250 ml crema pastelera
  8. Para el caramelo y decoración
  9. 200 gr azúcar
  10. 18 gr jarabe de maíz
  11. 55 gr agua purificada
  12. 5 ramitas yerbabuena
  13. 2 cucharadas azúcar glass

  1. Tener todos nuestros ingredientes listos.
  2. Poner una cacerola al fuego y agregar el agua y la mantequilla.
  3. Dejar en el fuego hasta que comience a hervir.
  4. Una vez en hervor agregar de golpe la harina previamente tamizada
  5. Revolver hasta que se forme una masa, una vez formada la masa seguimos revolviendo hasta que se dore.
  6. Sacar del fuego y poner en un bowl.
  7. Dejar enfriar.
  8. Una vez frío agregamos los huevos uno por uno.
  9. Integramos hasta tener una masa homogénea que no esté muy líquida.
  10. Ponemos en una manga y empezamos a hacer las formas.
  11. Presionamos y damos dos vueltas y despegamos.
  12. Precalentar el horno a 190 C
  13. Repetimos el procedimiento hasta llenar la charola
  14. Meter la charola al horno y bajamos a 180º C por 25 minutos o hasta que estén dorados
  15. Dejamos enfriar
  16. Rellenamos con la crema pastelea el relleno de su preferencia (en mi caso usé crema pastelera y crema diplomática de té verde).
  17. Trata de no rellenarla en exceso para que no pese mucho.
  18. Una vez rellenado todos los profiteroles reservamos.
  19. Preparamos los ingredientes para el caramelo.
  20. En un sartén ponemos el azúcar, agua y el jarabe.
  21. Llevamos a ebullición y removemos hasta que esté un 70% cocido.
  22. Empezamos a pegar los profiteroles hasta hacer una torre.
  23. Untamos a los laterales de los profiteroles con el caramelo.
  24. Una vez ya completado procedemos a hacerlo hacia arriba repitiendo el procedimiento y además agregando un poco de caramelo en la base para pegarlo en la parte de abajo.
  25. Seguimos pegando los profiteroles hasta terminar la torre.
  26. Procedemos a decorar, podemos hacer decoraciones con el caramelo sobrante.
  27. ¡Y ya está listo para consumir!
