  7. Verificamos después del tiempo de cocción el bizcocho desmoldamos sobre una base giratoria. Quitamos con nuestro cuchillo sierra las dos tapas. Dividimos el bizcocho en 3 discos.
  8. Para humectar lo necesitaremos el molde y sobre ese un plástico que cubra todo. Empezamos poniendo nuestra primera base humectamos con el jarabe, agregamos el relleno y un poco de crema batida, encima nuestro disco número 2 y repetimos los pasos. Llevamos a refrigerar.
  9. Pasamos nuestro pastel ya armado a una base giratoria y agregamos una ligera capa de crema batida en todo el pastel.
  10. Para empezar a decorar, pintamos la crema batida con colorante amarillo, y alisamos el pastel.
  11. En un aspersor, colocamos una cucharadita de matizador y 5 ml de ron blanco y cubrimos todo el pastel con ayuda del aspersor, realizamos lo mismo con el Glitter.
