- Es momento de armar los tamales. Toma una hoja de tamal ta escurrida, agrega 1 cda. Grande de masa al centro de la hoja y extiende de medios hacia afuera. Agrega suficiente salsa y pollo, cierra la hoja y coloca boca abajo en un recipiente. Reserva.

- Prepara la vaporera, agrega agua con 1 cda de sal hasta la marca que te indica el recipiente, a帽ade una moneda de cobre, esto te indicar谩 que mirntras la moneda suene a煤n tiene agua suficiente.
Coloca la base y cubre con unas cuantas tiras de hoja de tamal.


- Coloca los tamales en la vaporera con lo doblado de la hoja hacia abajo. Corta con tijeras el excedente de la hoja. Cubre con un trapo h煤medo para guardar el vapor, tapa y cocina durante 2 hrs. Y media a fuego alto.
Ojo. Si la moneda deja de sonar indica que ya no tiene agua.
