  5. En el caso de la orejas vamos a estirar la masa vamos a hacer una línea imaginaria a la mitad y los extremos los doblaremos hacia el centro, después lo doblamos pornla mitad y cortamos de 1.5 cm cada pieza, por último las lo frenos en la charola, barnizamos la parte de encima con huevo y agregamos un poco de azúcar.
  6. Horneamos a 200°c durante 20-30 minutos, todo dependerá de la firma que sea ya que las empanadas son aproximadamente unos 30 minutos, las banderillas, orejas y volovanes de 20-25 minutos
  7. Sacamos del horno.
  8. Esperamos a que se enfríen un poco y a disfrutar. 🤤
