- Una vez cocida la carne le agregaremos las zanahorias, el chayote y el camote continua la cocción hasta que las verduras estén cocidas.
- Y después le agregaremos la calabacita, la papa y los plátanos y tapamos por unos minutos.
- Por mientra llevamos a la licuadora los chiles y los dientes de ajo y licuamos.
