- Cuando ya tengamos una masa, agregamos la mantequilla y la margarina y nuevamente los incorporamos amasando.

- Después de amasar por un tiempo, sabremos que la masa está lista cuando la estiremos y sea elástica y suave.
- Ya que la masa está lista, en un recipiente le agrgaremos mantequilla para que no se pegue y la dejaremos tapada hasta que doble su tamaño.
- Ya que haya doblado su tamaño (yo la deje en el sol por 15 minutos) la ponchamos y pesamos por pedazos de 45 gr
- Tomamos la masa pesada, y la estiramos un poco y agregamos el queso(yo ocupe manchego, pero ustedes pueden usar el que les agrade) lo cerramos y boleamos
- Ya que hayamos baleado todo, tomaremos una charola y le ponemos papel estrella(si no cuenta con ese papel, puede agregar mantequilla y harina) después pondremos nuestros bollitos y los dejaremos que doblen su tamaño.
- Ya que hayan doblado su tamaño, batimos un huevo y lo untamos con cuidado en los bollitos y agregamos el ajonjolí (si no tienen ajonjolí pueden usar granos de avena)
- Por ulimo los meteremos al horno entre 15-20 minutos a una temperatura de 180°C (el horno debe estar precalentado)
- Ya que haya transcurrido el tiempo y veamos que nuestros bollos tienen una pinta bonita los sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar (conozcan su horno, yo los quemé la primera vez) :))
