  4. Pesar las bolas de masa según sea de su agrado y posteriormente bolear y quitarles un pedazo de masa para hacerle los huesitos encima. Ponerlo en una lata que ya esté engrasada.
  5. Embarnizar con huevo y agregarle ajonjolí encima. Dejar reposar en lo que dobla su volumen. A los otros dos meterlos sin embarnizar al horno a 200º C hasta que estén dorados.
  6. Sacar del horno los panes y dejar enfriar a los dos que se metieron si embarnizar, los embarnizamos con mantequilla y les espolvoreamos azúcar y canela.
  7. Resultado final de los dos panes de muerto diferentes.
