- Hierve 450gr de "rice cakes" en una olla hasta que se corten fácilmente con la cuchara.



- Sácalos y cuélalos.
- En un recipiente chico vas a mezclar 2 cucharadas de gochujang, soya y azúcar.



- La cantidad de soya y de azúcar dependen de tu gusto personal. Prueba con dos cucharadas de soya y 2 cucharitas de azúcar. Ve probando cómo va quedando y puedes ir agregando de poco en poco soya y azúcar. Debe ser algo balanceado.

- En la misma olla que usaste antes, guisa lunas delgadas de media cebolla primero y después vierte de 5 cucharadas de caldo de pollo. Agrega la mezcla de gochujang que preparaste y mézclalo bien.

- Deja que se caliente un poco y vierte los "rice cakes". Calienta a fuego medio.

- Agrega 1 cucharadita de aceite de ajonjolí y sigue removiendo poco a poco hasta que se vaya espezando la mezcla.

- Cuando veas que está espesita agrega rebanadas de queso. Nosotros usamos gouda Kröon. Tapa la olla y deja que se derrita un poco.



- Listo para servir!! Sirve en bowls y agrega el ajonjolí encima. También se puede agregar cebollín.
