- Una vez que la masa tiene suficiente elasticidad y no se pega, la dejaremos reposar por una hora.
- Ponchar la masa y hacer porciones de 70 gramos, boleamos y untamos manteca vegetal encima, al mismo tiempo, hacemos ligera presión en el pan. Colocar la cobertura y marcar. Dejamos fermentar el pan una hora.
- Hornear a 170°C durante 18 minutos o hasta que la base del pan esté dorada.
