  7. 1 tz jugo de naranja
  8. 1 cdt fécula de maíz
  9. 2 cds agua
  10. 1/2 tz salsa de soya
  11. 1/4 tz miel
  12. 1 cd aceite de ajonjolí o vegetal
  13. 1 cd jengibre picado muy fino
  14. 2 cdt chile en hojuelas (opcional)

  1. Preparemos todos nuestros ingredientes.
  2. En una cacerola ponemos el aceite a calentar un poco y acitronamos la cebolla picada, cuando esté transparente agregamos el jengibre, cuando percibamos el aroma agregamos las cebollas cambray dejar sudar un poco y agregamos la ralladura de naranja.

  5. Doramos a fuego muy bajo el ajonjolí para que no se nos queme, reservamos un poco y el resto lo agregamos a la salsa.
  6. Sazonamos el pollo con sal y pimienta al gusto y lo pasamos a una sartén, si fue en bisteces ya cocinado lo cortamos en cuadros al tamaño que se prefiera.
  7. Se baña con la salsa en la sartén donde se asó el pollo para aprovechar los sabores que quedan.
  8. Lo podemos acompañar con arroz blanco y le ponemos un poco del ajonjolí que reservamos.
