  4. Después de la fermentación, ponchar la masa y extender sobre una mesa enharinada. Dar forma de rectángulo. Barnizar con mantequilla derretida con ayuda de una brocha. Poner el azúcar mascabado mezclada con la canela en polvo.
    Agregar las pasas, arándanos y las nueces picadas. Envolver haciendo un gran taco y pegando cada vuelta con huevo batido.
  5. Cortar en rebanadas de 2.5 cm de ancho y acomodar de manera individual o bien si se prefiere de 5cm de ancho para acomodar en un molde de aluminio rectangular. Poner mantequilla en cubitos encima del rol y reposar 20 minutos antes de hornear durante 30’ a 200°C.
  6. Una vez fríos los roles, hacer una mezcla con el azúcar glass y un chorrito de leche para que quede más o menos espesa y glasear la superficie del pan
