  1. Primero ponemos a cocer la papa con agua suficiente y sal al gusto, limpiamos los chiles y el ajo, los ponemos en la licuadora a remojar.
  2. Tapamos el vaso y dejamos así hasta que estén las papas, cuando le clavemos un cuchillo y este entre fácilmente, es que ya están, aprox. Una hora y media a fuego medio alto, les apagamos y reservamos, ponemos a asar el tomate en una parrilla.

  5. En un sartén ponemos poquito aceite y a fuego medio, cuando ya esté caliente agregamos el chile directo sin colar, enjuagamos la licuadora con poquita agua y la agregamos al sartén, rectificamos la sal y dejamos hervir, apagamos y reservamos.
  6. Pelamos las papas, en un sartén calentamos un poco de aceite y agregamos el chorizo y las papas, agregamos un poco de sal y empezamos a machacar con mucho cuidado de no tirar, si se pega mucho, se le pone un poco más de aceite, y hay que estar meneando constantemente.
  7. Cuando ya estén bien machacados, apagamos y reservamos, abrimos a la mitad todos nuestros panes.
  8. Vamos a ir poniendo del guisado de papa con chorizo, cerramos nuestros panes y los aplastamos un poco, los metemos a la salsa roja y los bañamos bien, por todos lados, lo pasamos a un sartén con aceite suficiente y previamente calentado, lo freímos por todos lados, lo frito ya es al gusto.
  9. Los vamos poniendo en el plato donde vamos a servir, lo abrimos y ponemos lechuga, crema y queso rallado al gusto.
  10. Cerramos y listo a disfrutar 🤤🤤🤤
  11. NOTA: puse que 3 papas pero en las fotos se ven 5 lo que pasa es que me sobró mucho del guiso, por eso digo que con tres papas medianas se completan 6 piezas de pan más o menos.
