  11. Posteriormente a eso lo que haremos será cortar en porciones nuestra masa, aproximadamente cada bolita pesa 50 gramos.
  12. Ahora agarramos una bola y la aplastamos.
  13. Ahora los extremos los llevaremos al centro.
  14. La parte de las uniones la llevamos para abajo y bolearemos.
  15. Repetiremos este proceso con todas y las pondremos en una charola enharinada
  16. Ahora, ocuparemos la masa de la costra de las conchas, haremos una bolita de 15 gr y la aplanaremos con una prensa de tortillas.
  17. Ahora lo que haremos será poner un poco de manteca en mi bolita de mi concha.
